MARQUETTE COUNTY IS A BUSY PLACE!

THE PC MEDIC AND COMMUNITY SUPPORTER, SCOTT MARTIN.

THE PC MEDIC AND COMMUNITY SUPPORTER, SCOTT MARTIN.

With all of the events of the past few days, I just want to say that the people that live here in Marquette County are of amazing stock and good ol’ SISU!  After the devastating Black River Falls wild fire destroyed several homes, camps and other structures this week, the outpouring of support to help those impacted by the fire has been an amazing reflection of the mettle of people from Marquette County and from beyond.  We had a chance to speak with Scott Martin, the owner of PC Medic in West Ishpeming this morning.  He was one the first folks in the area to step up and help out those who lost everything to the fire.  He told us about the community support that has come forth so far in this short time since the fire burned up over 800 acres in just about 36 hours.  To listen to Scott’s comments, click “HERE”.  Remember, if you can help out those impacted by the fire with anything from furniture to toiletries, the time is now to step forward.  You can call Scott directly at (906) 486-9911.  And be sure to give until it hurts.  Let’s show ’em what Marquette County can do for itself when the chips are down!
