WHILE YOU SHOP ON BLACK FRIDAY, YOU CAN HELP THE UNITED WAY.

The United Way of Marquette County has come up with a unique way for you to help out with their fund raising by simply shopping at some of your favorite stores and shops in Marquette.  It’s called “Business Day for the United Way” and is being held this Friday.  Here’s more about this effort from the United Way of Marquette County:

GIVE THANKS – BUSINESS DAY FOR UNITED WAY

takes place on Friday, November 26, 2010. A small group of downtown business owners decided to bring the Marquette businesses together to help improve our community through the support of the United Way. The money raised from these fundraisers will be distributed to local nonprofit organizations that provide essential services for the people of Marquette County.
