Some of the Guts of the Brains.

Some of the Guts of the Brains.

After a day away from blogging across cyberspace due to computer troubles, we are back on that network of tubes known as the internets!! JOY!  As you can see by the photo to the left that shows the internal brain of the supercomputer network deep in the confines of the station, if something goes out of whack in there, we need to send in an intrepid squad of jungle savvy IT guys.  Luckily, they were able to fix it and get us back up and running!

Thanks to Stan Wright stopping in this morning to let us know of an excellent option if you are not interested in this weekend’s big football game.  The Westwood High School Shakespeare Club is putting on a special “Theater in the Round” performance of some of the Bard’s greatest hits this Sunday at 7-pm at the Butler Theater in Downtown Ishpeming.  Click HERE to listen to Stan’s interview to hear more about this event and other events being planned by the West End Community Arts Network.

Also, with more information about things going on in Ishpeming, City Police Chief Jim Bjorne called in to chat about a special Neighborhood Watch Program public interest meeting tonight at the Ishpeming Senior Center.  The session is designed to gauge the interest of residents to start the program in the city.  You can hear more about the meeting and the program by listening to Chief Bjorne’s interview by clicking HERE.

So anyway, it’s good to be back and we’ll see you all tomorrow!
