WHAT A SMASH!  THE COMMUNITY STEPS UP AGAIN!

CLOTHING DRIVE ORGANIZER DICK DERBY.

Dick Derby, organizer of the Project Keep Kids Warm, joined us again to give us the latest update on the project.  According to Dick, there have been several thousands of items collected by the effort and the time has come for the distribution of them to the needy kids in the community.  The distribution has been set for this Saturday, October 23rd from 9am to 3pm at the Ishpeming Armory.  Shuttle service for those who need it to get to the armory is being provided by the Ishpeming Salvation Army and you can call them to set that up.  To listen to more about this project and it’s amazing success, please click “HERE” to listen to this morning interview with Dick.
