AND AWAY WE GO!

IT'S SIMPLE MATH, ISN'T IT?

IT'S SIMPLE MATH, ISN'T IT?

What is there to say that hasn’t been said about tonight’s match-up in the National Football League?  The hyperbole has been grand.  The anticipation is beginning to build.  It’s the game people have wanted to see since the Grand Old Man left (only to return) and the Young Scribe was anointed to the position of power.  Of course, the Green Bay Packers versus the Minnesota Vikings has always been a special rivalry.  A competition of long-time foes who battle in out in the NFC North.  But now…with the “Favre Factor”, this game has taken on mythic proportions.  So let’s cut to the chase and get on with it then.  I think it’s going to be a great game with high energy and lots of offense and great defensive hitting.

I also think that it’s Green Bay’s game to lose.

But I also say GO PACK GO!

And we’ll talk more about it tomorrow!

PRE-TOSS MARK.

PRE-TOSS MARK.

Congratulations to Gini of Marquette for picking up the certificates for 2-14″ three-topping pizzas from Main Street Pizza as part of “Mark & Walt’s Main Street Monday Classic Cartoon Trivia.”   She was selected through the extremely scientific manner of the “Victory Toss” of all of the correct answers and she was entered because she knew
