IT’S BEEN PRETTY BUSY THIS WEEK ON THE SHOW!

MORE COFFEE ANYONE!!??!! EEEYEAAAHHHHHAA!

MORE COFFEE ANYONE!!??!! EEEYEAAAHHHHHAA!

It’s like Mark said this morning, “It’s the only morning show on the dial that’s so busy that you need TWO radios just to keep up!”  I’m not really sure how that would work, but it certainly has been that kind of a run here on the show!  Today was a bit mellower, but there still was a lot to talk about including the death of filmmaker John Hughes (Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club, etc.) as well as the latest developments concerning the “Cash for Clunkers” program.  As I promised earlier on the show, here’s a link to the website for JALOPNIK, a car-centric group of bloggers and internet hounds that keep a unique perspective on the GLOBAL auto industry and it’s impact on the “not-so-big three”.  Check it out at:  www.jalopnik.com .  It’s an interesting place!

ALZHEIMER’S GOLF OUTING UPDATE.

RUTH & SHELBY IN THE STUDIO!

RUTH & SHELBY IN THE STUDIO!

Thanks to Ruth Almen with the Alzheimer’s Association and Shelby Bischoff from M Bank for stopping in this morning to chat about the upcoming Alzheimer’s Association golf outing in Marquette.  We had a great interview with them and you can listen to it by clicking “HERE“.  Also, you can find out about the Alzheimer’s Association through their website “HERE“.  Take the time to listen to the interview…you may even learn something!

HEADING INTO THE WEEKEND!

Well folks, it looks like it might be a bit rainy tonight and into the weekend, but so what?  If it’s warm that will still feel good!  And besides, it IS the weekend after all.  So get out and enjoy it!

We’ll catch you all on Monday!

CHEERS!
