HALLOWEEN IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!!

HEADS UP!! TED'S IN TOWN!

HEADS UP!! TED'S IN TOWN!

Oh, is it ever that time of year!  Rocky Horror is onstage again at the Vista Theater in Negaunee, the NMU First Nighters Club is hosting a “Haunted Theater” fundraiser, and Mark found a picture of the “Greatest Halloween Costume Ever Worn”, which I have posted over ther on the left.  What is it, you ask?  Well…get ready for this!  It’s the corpse of the cryogenically-frozen baseball legend Ted Williams, walking around and carrying his severed head!  That’s wilder than dressing up like the Crocodile Hunter with a stingray stuck in his chest!!  Hope you enjoy this creepy, spooky and all together ooky pre-Halloween edition of the blog!

THE THEATER IS GETTIN’ SOOOO SPOOKY!

ELLA BARTLETT AND MARTY MARTELLO IN THE STUDIO.

Thanks to Ella Bartlett and Marty Martello for stopping by this morning to tell us about the First Nighter’s Club Haunted Theater fundraiser at the Forest Roberts Theater on the campus of Northern Michigan University.   The theater will be transformed into a haunted theater that will scare the bejeebers out of everybody.  To listen to details about this scary endeavor, listen to Ella and Marty’s interview by clicking “HERE“.  To go to the website for the Forest Roberts Theater and the rest of the University, please click “HERE“.

OOOHHH,  VERY SCARY!

OK, so maybe it’s not so scary after all, but that’s not so bad.  We have a week to go before Halloween really hits, and that could be scary.  A week of lead-up and then DEVIL’S NIGHT on a Friday and Halloween on Saturday.  PLUS! There’s a time change on Saturday night into Sunday morning that could, theoretically, give bars the chance to stay open one extra hour!  EEEEK! You know, that kind of makes me think that the scariest day of next weekend may actually end up being the Sunday!  Think about it…

Until next time,

See Ya Later!
